Tit for Tat is a quest assigned by Josephine Jackson. She asks you to steal 3 ears of corn from the McCoys' field without them seeing you. Return to Josephine and give her the ears of corn to be rewarded with 2 insulin. Once that is complete you must return to Johnny Casey to find out if he has noticed that the crops have been stolen. He has noticed the missing crops and for payback he asks you burn down the Fat Neils' Watchtower.
