Johnny Casey is a member of the McCoys community. He is the builder of the McCoys.
Pre-Apocalypse
Not much is known about Johnny's life before the apocalypse, unless he was a burger flippers from the McCoys restaurant and had a daughter who had diabetes.
Post-Apocalypse
When the apocalypse began, Johnny join with other McCoys workers to survive in this new world. Together they formed a community near where they used to work.

The Survivalists can make the McCoys and the Fat Neils make the truce.
Outcome 2: Alive
The Survivalists strike the McCoys camp leaving Johnny as the only survivor.
