Buckeye is a rather un-noteworthy town located in the south of the Sonaran Desert, in Blue Strain country. Located in Buckeye is a few shops, some houses, a water tower, and an abandoned shack closely outside of the town. It is particularly prominent during the Missing quest, in which the Survivalists are needed by Fort Kohai to search for Lou Marchbanks, and food wrappers are found in an abandoned house, affirming suspicions that Lou was there.
The town contains a hospital which has some insulin shots inside, which becomes useful during the Insulin quest.
